You can use the 'Notes' section from within the transaction on the Bank Transactions page:
The note will appear when you hover over it from the expenses page:
You can also add a note to your customer invoices:
- Add your text in the 'Document Note' field
- Finalise your invoice by clicking 'Done'
To enable the Project field in your customer invoices:
- Go to Your Profile > Company settings
- Press 'Edit Templates'
- Press 'Edit' on the main template
- Under the Header section, enable the Project field
- Press 'Save Template'
- From the invoices page
- Create a new invoice
- Scroll down to the Advanced tab
- Press 'Project Name'
- Create new Project
- Enter a Project name:
The project name will appear on your invoices:
