To change the email address or password of the main account holder, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Business Finance Assistant account
- Go to 'Your Profile'
- Select 'Profile'
- Click 'Email address' or 'Change Password'
- Populate the required fields
- Click 'Save'
Once we receive that confirmation, it can take up to 24 hours to process your request.
You can also reset your password by pressing the 'Forgot your password' button on the login page.
Alternatively, you could keep the same login details and change your email address within Business Finance Assistant by following the steps below:
- Go to 'Your Profile'
- Go to 'Company Settings'
- Scroll down to 'email' and adjust your email address
- Press 'done' to save any changes
- When sending customer invoices, select the appropriate email address from the 'From' field:
