- Follow the steps to reconnect an account:
a) Click ‘Connect now’ on the banner as shown in Fig I and Fig II.
b) Or click the ‘Connect Bank Account’ button from your Dashboard or Bank Transactions screens.
2. Follow the instructions for connecting via Open Banking. For Lloyds Business or CBO.
3. Select the accounts you want to reconnect, as well as the new account you want to connect.
4. Business Finance Assistant uses your sort code & account number or the last 4 digits of your credit card number to reconnect to your account. If it doesn’t find a match it will label it as a ‘New account’.

- To proceed with adding the new account, as well as reconnecting the existing account(s), click ‘Next’.
