How can I reconnect bank account(s)?

  • Updated
  1. a) Click the ‘Connect now’ button in the banner 
    b) Or click the ‘Connect Bank Account’ button from your Dashboard or Bank Transactions screens

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions for connecting your accounts via Open Banking (you will need your online banking credentials to complete this process). For Lloyds Business or CBO.
  2. Select the accounts you want to reconnect.
  3. By default, transactions will be imported from the latest date you last imported transactions.

  1. Click ‘Next’ to complete the process.
