You can view how much you spent on '70500 Meals and Entertainment Expense' for example, by following the steps below:
- Go to 'Reports' in the left-hand menu
- From the 'Accounting Reports' section, click on 'Profit and Loss'
- Click 'Show Filters'
- Click 'Add Period'
- Select the dates that you wish to generate your financial report for
- Change 'Report Mode' to 'Detail'
- Please note that you should click 'Included unconfirmed transactions' if you haven't yet 'confirmed' all of your bank transactions
- Scroll down the page to 'Expenses' to view how much you spent for this category
