How do I switch off bank synchronisation?

To switch off your bank synchronization so your live bank feed is no longer active, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to 'Your Profile'
  • Press 'Preferences'
  • Select 'Yes' next to 'Show accountancy information' > 'Save Preferences'
  • Go to 'Bank Transactions'
  • Select the account that you wish to unsynchronize
  • Click the icon of the 'Pen' alongside the bank account name:

  • Press 'Advanced'
  • Disable the Bank Synchronization:
