To invite your accountant to your Business Finance Assistant account, please follow the steps below:
- go to 'Reports'
- in the 'Accounting Reports' section, click the link to 'Invite an Accountant':
- fill out the fields
- click 'Send'
Please note that only one email address can be used per Business Finance Assistant account, if your accountant already has a Business Finance Assistant account, please set them up with a new email address.
Your accountant will receive an email sent from the following address: <support@businessfinanceassistant.lloydsbank.com> with the subject line: You’ve been invited to join Business Finance Assistant
Your accountant should follow the onscreen steps to set up a new password:
If 'Accountant Mode' has already been enabled from 'Your Profile' > 'Preferences', the link to the invite will have been replaced by additional financial reports.
You can add your accountant as a user from: 'Your Profile' > Manage Users > Add a new user > select access level as 'Accountant'.
Your Accountant can also be invited from Step 5 of the 'Welcome Section' screen on the home dashboard:
