When connecting your accounts to Business Finance Assistant, if you experience an issue with sharing your data which displays a message similar to "Due to a technical problem you can't share your data at the moment", please contact us through the support feature in Business Finance Assistant or emailing support@businessfinanceassistant.lloydsbank.com.
This issue occurs outside of the Business Finance Assistant software and is not something we have direct control over, however, we should hopefully be able to assist you with resolving this problem and we appreciate your patience whilst we investigate.
Sometimes there are browser extensions enabled on your computer that may be blocking you from proceeding with your account connection.
Please disable any browser extensions before trying to connect again. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, please follow the steps below:
Disable Browser Extensions on Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More > More tools > Extensions.
- On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
- Confirm by clicking Remove.
If you are still unable to connect after following the steps in this article: How can I reconnect bank account(s)? please send the support team a screenshot of where you are getting stuck along with any error messages.
